We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced working environment.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also essential qualities for this role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for completing administrative tasks, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing general office support, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The successful applicant should also have the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven organizational abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and projects as well as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule availability (including evenings/weekends).
- Fluent English language knowledge is a must; Arabic language knowledge is an advantage.
