Job Description
We are currently looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the merchandise of our company’s store. This is a great opportunity to use your experience in the retail industry to take our store to the next level.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth supply of merchandise
• Plan product displays and create attractive visuals
• Monitor stock levels and order new items as needed
• Negotiate deals with vendors for better pricing on products
• Track sales performance of all products and adjust accordingly
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding inventory control, customer service, etc.
• Assist customers with queries and complaints related to merchandise
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Oversee staff performance as required
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
• Strong knowledge of the retail industry & trends
• Excellent organizational & time-management skills
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment
• Knowledge of inventory control measures • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office applications • Understanding of customer service principles Education & Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 2+ years of relevant experience required • Immigrants are welcome to apply
