Job Description
We are currently looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the merchandise of our companyβs store. This is a great opportunity to use your experience in the retail industry to take our store to the next level.
Duties & Responsibilities
β’ Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth supply of merchandise
β’ Plan product displays and create attractive visuals
β’ Monitor stock levels and order new items as needed
β’ Negotiate deals with vendors for better pricing on products
β’ Track sales performance of all products and adjust accordingly
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies regarding inventory control, customer service, etc.
β’ Assist customers with queries and complaints related to merchandise
β’ Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
β’ Oversee staff performance as required
Qualifications & Skills
β’ Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
β’ Strong knowledge of the retail industry & trends
β’ Excellent organizational & time-management skills
β’ Ability to work independently or within a team environment
β’ Knowledge of inventory control measures β’ Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills β’ Proficient in MS Office applications β’ Understanding of customer service principles Education & Experience β’ High School Diploma or equivalent required β’ 2+ years of relevant experience required β’ Immigrants are welcome to apply
