Vacancy for Office Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.
Job Description:
• Answer incoming calls and emails and direct them as appropriate
• Prepare documents, such as reports, memos, invoices, letters, etc.
• Maintain filing systems and update records in computer databases
• Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, etc.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Receive payments from clients and record them appropriately in the system
• Schedule appointments with clients or colleagues as needed
Requirements for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent degree; college degree preferred but not necessary
• Previous experience in an administrative role; customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
