We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Job Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. The main duties include: filing documents, processing orders, preparing letters and documents, managing emails, conducting research on the internet, answering phone calls from customers and vendors, scheduling appointments, inputting data into spreadsheets or databases, and organizing meetings. The successful candidate must also be able to provide accurate data entry services in a timely manner as well as maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for an organized individual with attention to detail who has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate should also possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as have the ability to learn new software programs quickly. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary; we are willing to consider an immigrant with no prior experience.
Salary & Benefits
