Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the office while providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement administrative systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all office equipment is in good working order and that supplies are ordered as needed.
• Manage the reception area and provide support to visitors.
• Prepare documents and presentations as needed.
• Handle general inquiries from employees and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budgets.
• Schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
