Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 900 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team and manage the daily operations of our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, providing clerical support, managing office supplies, and ensuring that employees have a pleasant and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multi-task. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, invoicing, etc.
• Managing office supplies and equipment.
• Ensuring that employees have a pleasant work environment by maintaining cleanliness in the office.
• Answering phones and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Assisting with HR duties when needed.
• Liaising with vendors and suppliers when necessary.
• Maintaining records of employee attendance and other related documents.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Office Management is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
