Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and experienced Administrator to join our office in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem solving and communication skills, as well as experience with office administration tasks. This position is open for both local and foreign applicants with no prior experience necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports and other documents.
• Maintain a filing system for all office documents.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Monitor supplies levels and order new materials as needed.
• Create and update customer databases as required.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
