We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000. We are open for a foreign applicant with little or no work experience.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office by handling day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
β’ Greet visitors and respond to inquiries
β’ Manage incoming calls and emails
β’ Maintain office supplies, stationery, equipment, and furniture
β’ Prepare documents and reports as requested
β’ Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, events, and conferences
β’ Provide general administrative support to the team
β’ Ensure the office is tidy and organized at all times
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent degree required; bachelorβs degree preferred
β’ Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred but not required
β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of other software programs is a plus
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages preferred but not required
