We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000. We are open for a foreign applicant with little or no work experience.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office by handling day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, equipment, and furniture
• Prepare documents and reports as requested
• Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, events, and conferences
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Ensure the office is tidy and organized at all times
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of other software programs is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages preferred but not required
