Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting role that requires a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of office operations and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. They should also possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, managing office correspondence, filing documents, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and providing general administrative support. They will be expected to maintain accurate records and ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
The successful applicant must have prior experience in an administrative role; knowledge of modern office equipment; strong problem solving skills; excellent communication skills; good organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office software (e.g., Word, Excel) and the ability to work well under pressure. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position with a salary of 1200 AED per month.
