The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant include providing support services such as filing and organizing documents, entering data into databases, maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, responding to inquiries from internal and external customers, photocopying documents, managing mail distribution, organizing travel arrangements for staff members as well as other duties as required. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills as they will be expected to interact with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate should have 2 years' experience in an administrative or clerical position. Excellent computer skills are essential for this role including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Applicants must also have exceptional organizational skills along with excellent customer service skills and strong problem solving abilities. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role.
