Administrative Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position and offers a salary of 1400 per month. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals.
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the administrative functions of the office, including filing, scheduling, coordination of meetings and events, data entry, customer service, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Keep daily records of all administrative activities
• Manage phone calls and emails
• Track and update customer information
• Monitor inventory levels
• Assist with document preparation
• Schedule meetings and events as needed
• Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Excellent written/oral communication skills in English (additional languages are beneficial)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
