Office Clerk - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain office files and records
• Perform data entry and scan documents
• Assist with other general administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Ensure that all deadlines are met
• Provide customer service support to visitors or callers
• Answer phone calls and take messages accurately
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in an office setting preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (ability to speak another language is an asset)
Salary: AED 1200 for the right candidate. We will consider applications from non-locals.
