Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role will be instrumental in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The salary is 1800 per month, and we are willing to consider applications from immigrants.
Responsibilities
The Administrator will be responsible for organizing meetings, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, taking minutes during meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining databases and coordinating with other departments. Additionally, the successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and policies as well as performing general office duties such as maintaining files and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or other related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role is also required along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently in order to meet tight deadlines.
