Job Description
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month and is open to immigrants.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to staff members
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Greet visitors, manage incoming emails and schedule meetings
• Organize office operations including filing systems, making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, etc.
• Maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, etc.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
• Assist with other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an office setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
