Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our organization in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the daily operations of the office and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, organizing files and filing documents, maintaining office supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role;
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
