Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the office, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills while possessing a strong attention to detail. The Office Administrator must be able to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and hardcopy documents
• Manage the reception area, answer incoming calls and attend to visitors
• Scheduling meetings and appointments as required
• Greet customers and clients in a courteous manner.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents
• Assist with data entry into various systems as required
• Follow up on customer inquiries by phone or email
• Sort documents by category or file type for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate all office activities such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment repairs etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience working in an administrative position in a busy office environment
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Salary: 1600 AED per month
