We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and overseeing staff to ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times. As Restaurant Manager, your daily tasks will include overseeing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling costs, monitoring stock levels and maintaining high standards in hygiene and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for training new staff members as well as scheduling shift rotas.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position as well as experience in hiring staff and managing budgets. A hospitality or business degree or diploma would be advantageous but not essential. You should have excellent customer service skills as well as good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure. A strong understanding of food safety protocols is also required.
