We are currently looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. This includes answering telephones, responding to emails, maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies and other related tasks. The Office Assistant must also be able to maintain professionalism when dealing with clients and staff.
The key duties of the Office Assistant include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing correspondence (emails/letters)
- Responding to queries from both internal and external customers
- Assisting with office projects such as preparing presentations or documents
- Maintaining accurate records of all activities related to the office administration
- Ensuring that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures - Managing office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The salary offered is AED 1500 per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
