Merchandiser - Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. This position offers a salary of 1000 per month and we are open to considering immigrants for the role.

The main responsibilities of the Merchandiser include:
- Developing and implementing a merchandising strategy that will increase sales and maximize profit;
- Managing the inventory of products, placing orders for new stock, and identifying trends in product popularity;
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for goods;
- Developing promotional materials and displays to showcase products in stores;
- Conducting regular market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends;
- Analyzing sales figures to identify areas of improvement;
- Working with store staff to ensure shelves are properly stocked with merchandise.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of retail software systems is also required. A degree in marketing or business management is preferred but not essential.
