- Maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans

- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use
- Manage documents with confidential information in a secure manner
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an individual who is dedicated and has experience as a Secretary or similar role. To be successful in this position you should have excellent organizational skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. You should also possess excellent writing skills with an eye for detail. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., and be willing to learn new software applications if needed. In addition, we require that applicants be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset but not required.
