Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for foreigners
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600, and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, transfer calls, take messages, etc.
• Greet visitors and assist clients when needed
• Maintain filing systems in both digital and physical formats
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide refreshments when necessary
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
