Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have minimal experience, be highly organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills. The position offers a salary of 1300 AED per month and is open to foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls in a polite manner
• Greet customers when they arrive at the office
• Take messages accurately and deliver them promptly to the relevant staff member or department
• Keep an accurate record of office supplies and order new supplies as needed
• Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting reminders for colleagues as required
• Sort incoming mail, faxes, emails, letters etc. and distribute them accordingly
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing documents or typing up reports
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
