Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be a self-starter and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the staff in the office
• Maintain office supplies, organize filing systems and order stationery
• Support office management activities
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Handle incoming mail and distribute it accordingly
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Manage contact lists and databases related to office operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail; accuracy is essential in this role
• Proficiency in English MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Foreigner considered with valid work permit
Salary: 1700/month
