Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the office and will act as a key point of contact for administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage appointment schedules
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement systems for record keeping, filing, billing, and other administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot office equipment issues when necessary
• Assist with new hire onboarding processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
• Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role is desired but not essential
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office Suite • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks • Excellent customer service skills
