Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the office and will act as a key point of contact for administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments
β’ Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
β’ Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage appointment schedules
β’ Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
β’ Develop and implement systems for record keeping, filing, billing, and other administrative tasks
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
β’ Troubleshoot office equipment issues when necessary
β’ Assist with new hire onboarding processes
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
β’ Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role is desired but not essential
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β’ Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office Suite β’ Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks β’ Excellent customer service skills
