Job Description for Office Manager in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in an office environment. The salary offered is 1300 AED. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
The primary role of the Office Manager will be to provide administrative support across all departments. This will include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing data, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Other duties may include providing technical assistance with IT systems, maintaining office supplies, supervising staff, and handling customer inquiries.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while managing a high volume of work. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers alike. Experience with a range of IT systems is essential as is the ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently when dealing with issues that arise.
