We at XYZ are looking for an Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a great attitude and be eager to learn and grow within the company. We are willing to consider an immigrant for the position and offer a salary of 1200.
The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with others from different backgrounds. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office; this includes managing office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, supporting staff members with administrative tasks such as filing or data entry, preparing reports, organizing events or conferences, etc. You will also be responsible for providing customer service and ensuring any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
