Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join us in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks. The salary is 1200 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
β’ At least 3 years of experience in office administration or related field
β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
β’ Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
β’ Proficiency in MS Office
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed
β’ Adaptability to changing workloads and deadlines
Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Maintain office records including filing documents, uploading documents into the system, organizing emails etc. β’ Assist with preparing reports/presentations using MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
β’ Assist with scheduling meetings/events as required
β’ Coordinate with vendors for office supplies/services as needed
β’ Greet visitors at the office reception area and direct them appropriately
β’ Answer phone calls and route them accordingly
β’ Perform other clerical tasks as assigned by the management team
