Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join us in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks. The salary is 1200 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in office administration or related field
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed
• Adaptability to changing workloads and deadlines
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain office records including filing documents, uploading documents into the system, organizing emails etc. • Assist with preparing reports/presentations using MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Assist with scheduling meetings/events as required
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies/services as needed
• Greet visitors at the office reception area and direct them appropriately
• Answer phone calls and route them accordingly
• Perform other clerical tasks as assigned by the management team
