Office Administrator – Abu-Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and help us manage our day-to-day business operations. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month for the right candidate. We are open to considering foreigners for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations tasks such as filing, data entry, accounts payable/receivable, customer service, etc.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt of supplies
• Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences and other events as needed
• Provide administrative support to other departments as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of administrative experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
