Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administration role, and must be comfortable with multitasking and managing a variety of tasks. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations such as filing, scheduling, etc.
• Answer phone calls and emails from clients and customers
• Maintain office inventory and order supplies as necessary
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail correspondence
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing etc.
• Assist with payroll processing when necessary
• Prepare reports on office operations when required
• Address customer inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in the use of computers including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
