We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall management of the office environment and ensuring all administrative duties are completed efficiently and accurately. Duties include but are not limited to: greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings and events and providing general administrative support to staff members.
The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organizational abilities, good customer service skills and an eye for detail. They should also possess strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel etc.), internet research abilities and be able to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1200 AED per month for the right candidate with potential for growth within the organization. We are willing to consider foreign applicants with relevant experience.
