Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
The Office Administrator will need to have experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting. Responsibilities include reception duties, ordering supplies, managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, filing, record-keeping, and other related duties. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service by responding to inquiries from internal or external customers while ensuring that all requests are handled within a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and has the ability to learn new software quickly. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred). A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, a college degree is preferred.
