JOB DESCRIPTION: Secretary
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide them with a friendly welcome
• Manage phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues
• Maintain a filing system of all incoming and outgoing documents
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Organize meetings and take minutes when necessary
• Schedule appointments and maintain the manager’s calendar
• Keep track of office supplies and order new items when needed
• Manage travel arrangements for the manager as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: 1800 AED/month (Negotiable). We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
