Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the office environment by providing support to the staff and ensuring it is kept tidy & organized
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry & scanning documents as needed
- Maintain office equipment & supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; place & expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies
- Ensure that all paperwork is filed correctly & updated regularly
- Arrange travel arrangements for staff members, including air tickets, hotel bookings & transportation
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred but not essential
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
