Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1700 and minimal work experience is preferred. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and have working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A diploma or degree in Office Administration would be an advantage but is not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the Office Assistant is to provide administrative support to the office staff. This includes but is not limited to organizing files and documents, answering phones, taking messages, preparing letters and reports as requested, greeting guests, completing other clerical tasks as needed. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed.
