We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant must be able to multitask efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as a commitment to delivering results in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities include: organizing meetings, taking accurate notes or dictations, handling incoming calls, preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing files and documents, handling travel arrangements and expenses; data entry; liaising with clients over the phone or email; creating reports; ordering supplies; and other related duties.
