Job Description: Secretary, Abu-Dhabi (1600 AED)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a foreigner to gain experience in a fast paced environment.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Prior experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexible attitude towards work and ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic

Duties of the Position:
• Answer phone calls, take messages, route calls as necessary
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments & meetings
• Compile reports/documents/presentations as instructed
• Prepare correspondence including emails & letters
• Maintain filing systems & office supplies inventory
• Assist with special projects as needed
