We are seeking an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a foreigner to gain experience in a fast paced environment.
Requirements for the Candidate:
β’ Prior experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role is preferred
β’ Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
β’ Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
β’ Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
β’ Flexible attitude towards work and ability to work under pressure
β’ Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic

Duties of the Position:
β’ Answer phone calls, take messages, route calls as necessary
β’ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
β’ Manage calendars, schedule appointments & meetings
β’ Compile reports/documents/presentations as instructed
β’ Prepare correspondence including emails & letters
β’ Maintain filing systems & office supplies inventory
β’ Assist with special projects as needed
