Office assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for Indian

We are searching for an experienced Office Assistant for our Abu-Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. They must be knowledgeable about office operations and procedures, and have excellent organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including answering telephone calls, filing, photocopying, scanning documents and taking messages. They must also be comfortable with using computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite in order to generate reports and presentations when necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently without supervision as well as part of a team. They should also have strong problem solving skills and pay close attention to detail when completing tasks.

The salary for this position is 1400 dirhams per month. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet the criteria listed above for this role.
