Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, managing job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making offers to successful applicants. This role offers an attractive salary of AED 1200 per month. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Expectations
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to source and attract the most qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and evaluate potential candidates against job requirements
• Conduct initial phone interviews and in-person interviews as needed
• Provide accurate feedback on candidate qualifications and progress in the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred but not required

• At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role; no experience necessary for entry-level positions

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Good understanding of recruitment processes such as sourcing, interviewing, and assessing applicants
