Office Clerk
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all administrative tasks and provide assistance to staff in the office.
Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English language (Arabic language is a plus)
• Knowledge of computer software applications (MS Office, etc.)
• At least 1 year of experience as an Office Clerk (for experienced candidates) or no experience required (for fresh graduates)
Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls.
• Maintaining office files, records, and documents.
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, faxing, etc.
• Assist with data entry into the company's database system.
Salary: 1100 AED per month
