Admin Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an organized and reliable Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team as well as ensuring the smooth running of office operations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain filing systems and databases
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintaining office supplies
• Arranging travel and accommodation for staff members
• Assisting with onboarding of new staff members
• Other tasks as required by the management team.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
• Immigrants are welcome to apply. No experience is necessary for this position.

Salary: 1100 AED per month
