Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring that all administrative and operational tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in an administrative role, excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
The Office Administrator’s duties include but are not limited to: managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining records and filing systems, organizing office events, preparing reports and presentations, providing general administrative support to colleagues.
The successful candidate must be proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also have a strong attention to detail as well as good problem solving skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is also important.
We offer competitive salary packages (up to 1000 USD) depending on the experience of the successful candidate. We are also open to consider immigrants for this position.
