Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, good problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support to management staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, organizing meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining office supplies, overseeing office operations, and managing travel arrangements. The successful candidate must also be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 per month. We are open to considering qualified foreign candidates who meet the job requirements.
To be successful in this role you must have at least 3 years' experience as an office administrator or similar role in a professional environment. You should also have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong problem solving abilities, an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
