Office Administrator - Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• At least three years of experience as an office administrator
• Proficient English language skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Duties:
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, filing documents etc.
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries both over the phone and in person

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Assist with the onboarding process of new employees
