Office Administrator - Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
β’ At least three years of experience as an office administrator
β’ Proficient English language skills both written and verbal
β’ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
β’ Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Duties:
β’ Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, filing documents etc.
β’ Answer phones and handle customer inquiries both over the phone and in person
β’ Prepare correspondence including emails, letters, faxes etc.
β’ Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
β’ Assist with the onboarding process of new employees
β’ Manage office equipment such as computers, printers etc.
