Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an office administrator or similar role
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in other languages is a plus

Job Description:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing employees’ attendance records, taking care of travel arrangements, handling customer inquiries, ordering office supplies, maintaining filing systems, organizing meetings, and assisting with various other administrative tasks as needed. The Office Administrator will report directly to the Management team.
