We are looking for a dynamic and talented Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the sales team to develop and deliver effective merchandising strategies, as well as helping to manage the store’s stock levels.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organization and planning skills, with a good knowledge of merchandising principles. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and show initiative when problem solving. A creative flair and an eye for detail are essential.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing merchandising plans within budget;
• Ensuring product availability;
• Planning product ranges and preparing sales plans;
• Conducting research on consumer buying patterns;
• Analyzing customer feedback;
• Monitoring the market trends;
• Proposing innovative ideas for new products or services;
• Managing the store’s stock levels; and
• Training staff in merchandising techniques.
