Office assistant job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker


We are looking for a highly organized, independent and responsible Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You should also be proactive, have a meticulous eye for detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, filing documents and reports, managing emails, calendar management, data entry and other office duties as assigned. You will also need to provide administrative support to other departments in the organization as needed.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written in order to liaise effectively with both clients and colleagues. Additionally you should have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

This position is open to foreigners and offers an attractive salary of 1500 AED per month.
