Position Summary
The Project Manager position in Al Shamkhah City is a highly responsible role that requires a well-rounded individual to oversee and manage administrative and operational aspects of the city's projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, monitoring project progress, developing project plans, and ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget. They will be the main point of contact between all stakeholders involved in the project and must have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with partners, vendors, and other relevant parties. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and a minimum of three years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an urban setting. In addition to an attractive salary of 1800 per month, we are also prepared to consider foreign candidates for this position.

Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the city's projects from conception to completion. This includes creating project plans, assembling teams, assigning tasks, coordinating resources, monitoring progress towards milestones and deadlines, managing risks associated with changes in scope or budget constraints, negotiating contracts with vendors and partners as needed; overseeing quality control activities; ensuring compliance with relevant regulations; providing regular updates to stakeholders; and other duties related to project management.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and at least three years experience as a Project Manager. An understanding of urban planning is highly desired but not essential. You must have excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail; good problem-solving abilities; strong verbal and written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills; good business acumen; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and knowledge of relevant regulations. Furthermore you must demonstrate commitment to delivering results both on time and on budget while maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
