Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the office, while ensuring all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing filing systems, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, overseeing travel arrangements, responding to emails and scheduling and organizing other duties as needed. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1400 AED per month.
Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working independently as well as in a team environment. Computer literacy is essential for this position, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.). Furthermore, they should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate good judgment when dealing with confidential information in a professional manner.
