Job Responsibilities:
β’ Answering phone calls and emails from clients, colleagues, and partners. β’ Scheduling meetings and appointments. β’ Keeping track of deadlines, tasks, follow-ups, etc. β’ Drafting memos, letters, invitations, reports etc. β’ Managing office supplies inventory. β’ Filing paperwork in the database and/or physical filing system. β’ Maintaining records of office activities. β’ Assisting other staff members with their queries or requests when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Β Β β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required Β Β Β β’ Excellent organizational skills Β Β β’ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Β Β β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Β Β β’ Attention to detail Β Β β’ Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) Β Β β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Β Β β’ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
