Job Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and emails from clients, colleagues, and partners. • Scheduling meetings and appointments. • Keeping track of deadlines, tasks, follow-ups, etc. • Drafting memos, letters, invitations, reports etc. • Managing office supplies inventory. • Filing paperwork in the database and/or physical filing system. • Maintaining records of office activities. • Assisting other staff members with their queries or requests when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Attention to detail • Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
