We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the staff in the office.
• Maintain filing systems, organize documents, and other related tasks as needed.
• Receive and respond to clients’ phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required.
• Ensure all documents are stored securely and updated regularly.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
• Manage travel arrangements for staff members as required.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Secretary or similar role
• Excellent administrative skills and organizational capabilities
• Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required
